The other half of General Gandal.  She is a very smart yet ruthless.  Her face changes shortly after Commander Blacki died as a result of an injury that befalls General Gandal.  She will have a change of heart near the end of the series and want to live on Earth in peace.  She attempts to kill King Vega, but General Gandal will kill her before she does.
